The details of your Airpop OS subscription, from monthly billing to getting your own branded workspace set up.
Your subscription
Airpop OS is an operating system for startups and agencies, provided by Airpop Media Pvt. Ltd. A subscription covers use by one business with white-label onboarding. Branding and workspace setup are arranged with our team. The subscription provides access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software, include a source-code licence, or grant rights to resell it to other businesses.
Monthly price and taxes
The subscription is ₹10,000 per month plus applicable GST. India online checkout currently applies 18% GST (₹1,800), making the monthly total ₹11,800. Review the total before authorising payment and provide accurate billing details, including your GSTIN if applicable. Businesses outside India should contact us before purchasing so we can confirm tax treatment and onboarding.
Recurring payments
Razorpay processes the initial payment and recurring monthly charges using the payment mandate you authorise at checkout. The subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled or the authorised mandate expires. Payment methods and authorisation requirements depend on Razorpay and your bank. A payment authorisation is not the same as a confirmed subscription payment; we verify payment status before arranging onboarding. An unsuccessful renewal may interrupt access; contact us for billing support.
Onboarding and access
After verified payment, we arrange your white-label onboarding using the contact details supplied at checkout. Workspace access is provided through that onboarding process; checkout does not instantly provision a workspace. We confirm the branding, setup requirements, and onboarding schedule with you. Any additional custom development or integrations require a separate agreement.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation on the subscription page while your checkout browser session is available, or email connect@airpopmedia.com with your subscription or payment reference. We may need to verify that you are authorised to manage the subscription. Cancellation of an active subscription is scheduled for the end of its current billing cycle; check the confirmation for the effective date. Removing an item from the cart, closing your browser, or clearing browser data does not cancel an existing subscription.
Refund requests and payment issues
For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or another refund request, email connect@airpopmedia.com with the payment reference and a description of the issue. We review requests individually, taking the circumstances and applicable law into account. Cancelling a subscription does not itself issue a refund. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Your information
We use checkout contact, billing, and subscription details to process payments, arrange onboarding, and provide the service. Payment credentials are entered directly in Razorpay Checkout. We do not store full card numbers, card security codes, or UPI PINs. Purchasing does not enrol you in marketing emails.
